Living Space
This entire townhouse in Whistler offers a comfortable alpine setting with ski-in/ski-out access when weather allows, along with convenient proximity to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair via Merlin’s Run. Inside, the living room invites you to settle in with cozy seating and a presto log fireplace, while a separate TV room provides another relaxing place to end the evening. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected between adventures.

Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts before first chair to leisurely dinners after the slopes. The dining area seats six guests comfortably, with an additional breakfast bar for two. Cooking basics and kitchen essentials are provided for at-home meals during your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements
Designed to sleep up to 8 guests, the home includes 3 bedrooms plus a den and 6 beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, forest views, and direct access to a shared bathroom. The secondary bedroom offers a king-split bed and TV. The den offers two sets of twin bunk beds, making it a practical sleeping space for children or additional guests. While the den does not have an external window, it provides a comfortable and private place to rest.

Bathrooms & Laundry
With 2 baths, the townhouse includes a shared bathroom upstairs with heated floors and a glass-enclosed bathtub with overhead shower, plus a second bathroom on the main level with a glass-enclosed shower. Bathroom essentials are provided, and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays or winter gear.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Step onto your private deck for crisp mountain air and peaceful forest surroundings. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make the space a natural extension of your stay, while the shared hot tub within the complex offers a soothing way to relax after skiing or exploring.

Parking & Arrival
Guests have access to free parking garage on premises, along with free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock help make arrivals and departures smooth.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

Getting Around

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Great ski in ski out location! The space is great for a group, everything was clean and well stocked. They were really on top of communications throughout. Would definitely stay again!

The location for skiing is perfect. 50 steps and you’re skiing. 50 steps the other way and you’re in the hot tub!

Fantastic - next to ski slope, the upper village, and the bus
We had a wonderful time in early March hitting the slopes and enjoying Whistler. The home is very nicely appointed, with a cozy front living area with a TV, and a larger open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. It has a bit of a treehouse feel because there is no real view, just lots of trees out the window. The unit is super for ski access - it's about 30 meters to the ski run that takes you down to the upper village gondola. Very convenient. The complex is very quiet, the hot tub is nice and minimally used, and the garage parking is very close to the unit. All in all a great stay in a very nice and convenient unit.

Quiet little nook away from the riff raff
The description for the listing was as accurate as you get. The communication with the property manager was great! At no point did we need anything extra and they were extra communicative and prepared to attend to our needs. Great for couples looking for more of a quiet romantic getaway, or even with our small group of young kids away from the partying and noise. They only negative about the spot is coming and going on foot was tricky. It snowed a lot during our stay so walking downhill was challenging. Uphill even more so. We had to rely on the bus to get to the top of the hill.

We loved our stay! The only thing we wished was better was the bus service. Because of the lack of snow, many of us with ski in/ski out had to rely on bus service instead. One night, we had to walk home due to the overcrowded buses.

The condo was fantastic. Location was unbeatable for ski-in/ski-out ease. Just a few steps from our front door and we were on the slope to the gondola.
The space was clean and well-equipped and was more than comfortable for our group. This would be a great location for a family vacation.

We arrived super late and it was quite dark. Instructions although quite clear failed mention that you need to go down a flight of stairs to a second row of cabins so it took us a good 20 minutes once we were in the condominiums subdivision to just find our place. A map of the location of the condo within would have been helpful as map apps do not specify which condo was #51. Parking was a bit of a pain… we had 2 vehicles and although they provide 1 reserved spot and 1 guest pass for a second, there are only 7 guest parking spots. Arriving as late as we did nine were avail and we had to park about 1/2 km away on the street and walk back. Only other thing to note that bunk room is VERY small. It worked for us but but not a lot of room in there if you have adult children and luggage. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and had nice amenities. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Great property, 30 seconds from the slopes!
Once again rented through Whistler Platinum and was not disappointed. Very professional operation. Property was as expected and comfortable, well furnished and did not miss anything needed to live in one's space for a week (kitchen/bathroom), with a ski in/ski out location that could not be beaten. Pics online make the space look bigger than reality but once we settled down, we felt at home. Well done!
