Great location right by the Blackcomb slopes with an excellent hot tub (shared). The host was extremely responsive and gave very clear instructions. With 7 people it was a little bit cramped, especially the bunk bed room but we made it work. I would definitely come back.

Great ski in ski out location! The space is great for a group, everything was clean and well stocked. They were really on top of communications throughout. Would definitely stay again!

The location for skiing is perfect. 50 steps and you’re skiing. 50 steps the other way and you’re in the hot tub!

We had a wonderful time in early March hitting the slopes and enjoying Whistler. The home is very nicely appointed, with a cozy front living area with a TV, and a larger open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. It has a bit of a treehouse feel because there is no real view, just lots of trees out the window. The unit is super for ski access - it's about 30 meters to the ski run that takes you down to the upper village gondola. Very convenient. The complex is very quiet, the hot tub is nice and minimally used, and the garage parking is very close to the unit. All in all a great stay in a very nice and convenient unit.

The description for the listing was as accurate as you get. The communication with the property manager was great! At no point did we need anything extra and they were extra communicative and prepared to attend to our needs. Great for couples looking for more of a quiet romantic getaway, or even with our small group of young kids away from the partying and noise. They only negative about the spot is coming and going on foot was tricky. It snowed a lot during our stay so walking downhill was challenging. Uphill even more so. We had to rely on the bus to get to the top of the hill.

We loved our stay! The only thing we wished was better was the bus service. Because of the lack of snow, many of us with ski in/ski out had to rely on bus service instead. One night, we had to walk home due to the overcrowded buses.

The condo was fantastic. Location was unbeatable for ski-in/ski-out ease. Just a few steps from our front door and we were on the slope to the gondola.
The space was clean and well-equipped and was more than comfortable for our group. This would be a great location for a family vacation.

We arrived super late and it was quite dark. Instructions although quite clear failed mention that you need to go down a flight of stairs to a second row of cabins so it took us a good 20 minutes once we were in the condominiums subdivision to just find our place. A map of the location of the condo within would have been helpful as map apps do not specify which condo was #51. Parking was a bit of a pain… we had 2 vehicles and although they provide 1 reserved spot and 1 guest pass for a second, there are only 7 guest parking spots. Arriving as late as we did nine were avail and we had to park about 1/2 km away on the street and walk back. Only other thing to note that bunk room is VERY small. It worked for us but but not a lot of room in there if you have adult children and luggage. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and had nice amenities. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Once again rented through Whistler Platinum and was not disappointed. Very professional operation. Property was as expected and comfortable, well furnished and did not miss anything needed to live in one's space for a week (kitchen/bathroom), with a ski in/ski out location that could not be beaten. Pics online make the space look bigger than reality but once we settled down, we felt at home. Well done!

We enjoyed the property and the Whistler Experience. We had trouble with a very slow draining bath in the basement and the remotes to the TV system were in various stages of having bad batteries some for the cable box were missing. We called the management and they got it fixed within a couple of hours. Still it wasted a lot of our time. Would suggest written instructions on how main TV setup is supposed to work

These guides can typically be found on a coffee table in the main living room or in the media room and also include a local directory listing for your convenience.

We had a wonderful time in Whistler/Blackcomb this summer staying in Painted Cliff #51. The condo is quite spacious and nicely decorated. It's located pretty far up the hill from the village making trips to down and back challenging without the shuttle. Fortunately the free shuttle runs about every 30 minutes. The "remoteness" of the location also means that it's very quiet at night which we appreciated.

Our fourth visit to Whistler was fantastic. We always stay on the blackcomb side in previous properties, Mountain Star #3, #5 and Woodrun #206. Only small compliant was in the lower guest bedroom under the night table a condon wrapper was found by my son upon our arrival. Also the previous guests had left some under garments and a top behind the hamper in the master bedroom. Bath robes would be nice to go to and from the hot tub so the use of towels is reduced especially when you are staying at the property for the week. Overall it was still a great experience.

We are a family of 6, with young adults as kids, who spent 5 nights at Painted Cliff. Unfortunately Whistler/Blackcomb was having a poor snow season, so skiing wasn't as good as we had hoped. But we had a superb time nonetheless between hiking and skiing! The accomodation was great! It was a perfect ski in/ski out location if there had been snow! Even without it we found it convenient to lifts and the Village. The hot tub was just steps from our door and very well maintained. Parking was also conveniently located to this unit, and it wasn't a problem that we had two vehicles. The unit was very well equipped, and the dining room size was perfect for 6 (no more). Bedding was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels/linens. The ski storage area was limited, but the den was nearby with extra space. We would certainly rent this unit again, and recommend it to friends!!

If you want true "ski in / ski out" and beautiful condo's this is your place to stay! We've stayed at Painted Cliffs several times now in various size units and they have all been fantastic. Highly recommend them!!!!

Upon retirement we rented this property for 6 weeks, having 3 different sets of guests to stay during that time. Perfect location, luxurious for 2 and very comfortable for 4 adults.

A great, quiet ski-in and out on Blackcomb with a short walk down to the village. Like staying in a hotel with much more room. Extremely clean and well appointed. Can't wait to return!

Outstanding location just steps away from the trail leading to the base of Blackcomb. Lovely unit, nice renos. great having bedrooms on one level, kitchen on the other. den was a bonus for two 15 year olds who brought their Xbox with them. Would have been nice to leave terry bathrobes for walk to hot tub. Parking spots indoors are stupid small. Overall, Whistler is a great destination for families that ski.

50 feet from Merlin's ski run, the heated floors were a plus, and the in-home laundry a must. 4 bunks in a small room for the kids and two larger bedrooms for adults, one large bathroom downstairs and a smaller bathroom upstairs. Well equiped kitchen. Large great room with TV and fireplace, perfect for 2-4 kids and 3-4 adults who want to return after skiing to clean up and cook meals in the unit. Bus stop about a 2 minute walk for rides to the village.

We had a great time. We did not want to be too close to the villages and it was at the perfect distance. Once you find the right trails it is only 5 minutes to the upper village. The bedrooms were on the lower floor and were a bit chilly but the place overall was awesome. Everything was there and aveda products were provided. It was great for the family.

This is truly a ski in/out location. It is too far to walk to town in the winter, although it is on the bus route. Clean and comfortable. All the bedroom are downstairs.

This was our second stay at painted cliffs and it lived up to our memories and expectations. great location - truly ski in and ski out, and a fun walk across to the gondala at night to download into Whistler village. Easy access everywhere thanks to the brilliant Whistler bus service. House was spotless, warm and well equipped in both kitchen and laundry facilities. more tvs than we have at home! Maintainence were very prompt in fixing any problems. Spa was a wonderful way to remove the muscle pains after a few days of skiing. thanks for a great stay.

I loved the condo. There was more than enough room for my family of 5 to spread out - and we would have been comfortable with another person with us. The kitchen was outfitted well. The only thing that I didn't think about beforehand is ski-in ski-out means that it's challenging to walk to the village in the dark. That being said, I would rent this unit again.
