The adjacent dining area keeps your group together, with seating for eight at the table and space for three more at the breakfast bar. Downstairs, a second living space features a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound, giving you a dedicated spot for movies, games, or relaxing after time in the snow.

The kitchen is equipped with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors that elevate winter mornings. Its layout supports cooking together comfortably, and the balcony’s BBQ offers an option for meals paired with crisp alpine air. A dining table and breakfast bar provide flexible gathering points throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The upper level hosts a primary bedroom with a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while a third bedroom offers another queen bed and wardrobe storage. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. On the lower level, one bedroom features a king-split bed and a private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub, and a fifth bedroom includes a king-split bed with access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
Outdoor living & amenities
A mudroom entrance creates an easy transition from snowy adventures, offering space for winter gear along with a bench and boot dryer. The lower patio includes outdoor seating, and guests have access to a shared hot tub within the complex for unwinding after time in the cold. Additional amenities include wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, heating, an indoor fireplace, a private entrance, and secure underground parking with extra street parking.
Neighborhood
Set along the complimentary shuttle route, the townhouse gives you straightforward access to Whistler Village, ski terrain, and winter trails around Lost Lake. The wooded surroundings offer a peaceful backdrop while keeping you close to the area’s seasonal activities.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
