The open-concept living area sits beneath vaulted ceilings, where large windows draw in natural light and views of the surrounding mountains. A sectional couch invites you to settle in beside the indoor fireplace, whether you’re sharing stories from the day or watching a movie on the TV. Just outside, the balcony offers outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, creating a quiet spot to take in the alpine scenery.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone counters, and heated floors that feel especially welcoming during colder mountain mornings. Preparing meals here is easy after a day in Whistler, whether you’re cooking a relaxed breakfast or gathering everyone around the dining table that seats eight. Additional seating at the breakfast bar provides space for two more.
Sleeping arrangements
Across four bedrooms, the townhouse comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and its own balcony access. The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, heated towel rail, and single vanity. A second bedroom on the same level offers a king-split bed, TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. On the lower level, the third bedroom includes a king bed and deck access, while the fourth bedroom features a king-split bed with access to the same deck. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and heated towel rail.
Comfort & convenience
A mudroom entrance provides bench seating, a boot dryer, and storage for outdoor gear - a practical space for transitioning between the mountains and the comfort of the home. In-unit laundry, heating, portable fans, and a safe add everyday convenience during your stay. The townhouse also includes a dedicated workspace and Wifi for guests who may need to stay connected.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Within the Snowbird complex, guests have access to a shared hot tub, a relaxing way to unwind after skiing, snowboarding, or exploring the surrounding trails. The home also includes a private entrance and free parking garage on premises.
Location
Set beside Blackcomb Mountain and along the free shuttle route, the townhouse provides convenient access to Whistler Village, nearby ski lifts, and the cross-country trails around Lost Lake. Self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals and departures flexible for your travel plans.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Other Things To Note
• Stairs. This home is spread over 4 floors with no elevator access to the living spaces
• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
