Step onto the adjoining balcony to take in mountain views, with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture available when weather allows.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features Caesarstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors, creating a practical and inviting place to prepare meals before or after heading to the mountain. The dining table seats eight guests comfortably, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar, giving everyone space to gather.
Sleeping arrangements
Across three levels, the townhouse offers four bedrooms and room for up to eight guests. On the main floor, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and step-out balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom that has a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, heated towel rail, and single vanity. A second bedroom on this level includes a king-split bed, TV, and its own ensuite with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower.
On the lower floor, the third bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and direct access to a shared bathroom and deck. The fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and also opens to the deck. Both rooms connect to a Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a single vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and heated towel rail.
Convenience & amenities
A mudroom entrance provides bench seating, a boot dryer, and storage for equipment, making winter transitions smooth and simple. Insuite laundry with detergent, high-speed wifi, and secure underground parking for two vehicles are all included. Heating and an indoor fireplace offer comfort throughout the colder months, while portable fans are available for warmer days.
Relaxation & recreation
After a day carving through powder or exploring snowy trails, you can unwind in the shared hot tub within the Snowbird complex.
Guest access & services
Self check-in with a smart lock offers flexibility, and the property sits along the free shuttle route for easy access to Whistler Village, the ski lifts, and the trails around Lost Lake.
Snowbird 200 provides space, warmth, and proximity to Whistler’s alpine activities, giving you a comfortable home base for winter days in the mountains.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Other Things To Note
• Stairs. This home is spread over 4 floors with no elevator access to the living spaces
• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
