Morning light filters through tall forest trees as you open the balcony doors to crisp Whistler air. Snow settles quietly across the mountain landscape, and the stillness of winter mornings invites you to linger with a warm drink before heading out for the day. In the evening, return to the soft glow of the indoor fireplace and unwind in the comfort of your private townhouse, tucked steps from the charm of Whistler’s Upper Village.

Living spaces
The main living area is bright and open, framed by oversized windows and vaulted ceilings that draw in natural light and views of the surrounding forest. An L-shaped sofa creates an inviting place to settle in beside the double-sided indoor fireplace, while a cozy reading nook with two armchairs sits among the windows for quiet moments with a book. The adjoining patio or balcony offers a peaceful outdoor spot with outdoor furniture where you can take in the forested surroundings.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a welcoming space for preparing meals after a day exploring the mountain. Stainless appliances and granite countertops anchor the space, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and shared meals. A breakfast bar with two stools offers an easy place for morning coffee, while the dining table comfortably seats six for relaxed dinners and conversation.

A practical mudroom near the entry includes benches, storage space, and a boot dryer, making it easy to transition from outdoor adventures to the warmth of the home.

Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and four beds.

On the lower level, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Nearby, the second bedroom includes a king-split bed and opens to the patio. A nearby bathroom serves this room and features a deep bathtub with a shower combination.

The third bedroom sits on the main level and includes a tri-bunk with a double and single, along with two large beanbag chairs. An adjacent bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity is located nearby.

Amenities & comforts
The home includes washer and dryer, Essentials, and Clothing storage for a comfortable stay. Heating and the indoor fireplace keep the space warm through the winter season, while portable fans offer added comfort during warmer months. Wifi and a Dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed.

Guests also have access to a hot tub within the complex - a relaxing place to soak after time on the mountain. The property features a Private entrance and Free parking garage on premises for convenient arrivals and departures.

Additional conveniences include Self check-in with a Smart lock, and Long term stays allowed.

Neighborhood
Snowbird Whistler sits adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort and Spa on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village. From this location, you’ll have easy access to the slopes and convenient connections to both Whistler Village and Blackcomb Village via the free shuttle bus. Lost Lake, about a fifteen-minute walk away, offers scenic trails and year-round outdoor exploration.

Surrounded by forest and mountain scenery, this townhouse offers a comfortable base for experiencing Whistler in every season, with space to relax and reconnect after a day in the alpine landscape.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Getting Around

• 13-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola
• 18-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store or 4-minute drive
• 11-minute walk to Upper Village
• 8-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• Free shuttle to the village: Turn left onto Painted Cliff Road, the bus stop will be on the right going uphill

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Another wonderful stay 🤩 It is our fourth stay at Snowbird 304 and we think (a family of 5 adults) that this accommodation is near perfection: the location nestled in the woods , tranquility, near Blackcomb gondola, ski in ski out when there is enough snow (or if not, you have the shuttle in front of the resort), the cozyness of this townhome (fireplace, softlighting, comfortable living room) and also comfortable beds for a good rest after a day of skiing. We had an amazing stay in Whistler! The location was perfect, there’s a free shuttle stop right near the Airbnb that made getting to and from Blackcomb and Whistler Village incredibly easy and stress-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the space had such a cozy, homey feel that made it easy to relax after a long day on the mountain. Everything felt welcoming and well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Whistler.

Very happy to return to Snow Bird.
Snowbird was a comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay. It was particularly convenient for walking to whistler village with the option of hopping on a bus if needed. It was also near to lovely walks and lakes. For privacy, simple blinds in the lounge area would have enabled us to totally relax in the evenings.

Séjour de rêve
Ce chalet est très bien situé, proche de la gondole de Blackcomb (ski in ski out quand les conditions de neige le permettent, proche de l'arrêt de la navette). Nous avons adoré notre séjour de ski dans ce chalet entouré d'arbres. On s'y sent comme dans un cocon, tranquille, pas de voisin proche, à proximité d'un sentier où on voit des promeneurs avec leur chien. C'est notre troisième séjour à cet endroit car tout est pensé pour un voyage de ski réussi: proximité de la station, garage souterrain donnant accès au logement, pièce pour remiser skis et bottes, pièce commune avec foyer qui réunit toute la famille, bref un endroit chaleureux pour notre famille de 5 adultes. Un seul bémol: la cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas bien cette année ( ronds de surface et four). On en a avisé le gestionnaire. Malgré cela on peut dire que ce fut un séjour de rêve avec des conditions météo exceptionnelles.

An Unforgettable Holiday
Our family of four stayed in Snowbird 304 for just over a month and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect for both quick visits to Lost Lake and the Upper Village. The entrance directly from the spot in the parking garage was super helpful. We (a couple, toddler, and family friend) felt like we had privacy from each other when needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay for even longer next time!

Beautiful place to stay in Whistler
We stay 10 days this summer at Snowbird 304 and we are sure that if we come back to Whistler in a future we would like to stay here. The house is very nice, with everything that you need. Perfectly clean, with great towels and bed clothes. The location is great, in a beautiful neighborhood and near of all the atractions in Whistler. We totally recommend Snowbird 304.

Snowbird 304 was spotlessly clean, well appointed and the location was a short walk into the village or to the gondola to access Blackcomb Mountain. The service from Whistler Platinum was also timely and efficient. Our only recommendation to improve upon this condo would be to have blinds for the windows on the main floor - none of the windows have blinds so it made it quite hot during our stay as well as there isn't any privacy after dark.

La estancia en Snow Bird estuvo fantástica. La casa está muy bonita y cómoda, sobretodo perfectamente equipada e impecable. Las camas cómodas, toallas y sábanas impecables.
Sin duda regresaríamos a quedarnos en esta casa.
Además está muy cerca de Blackcomb, a 10 mins caminando y el vecindario es muy bonito. Súper recomendable.

Four adults and 2 children stayed for 7 nights. Floor plan was perfect for our needs. Lots of space for everyone. Great location in the upper village. Bus stop just our front. Can walk to Blackcomb gondola. Whistler Platinum responded very quickly to any questions or issues that arose. Highly recommend.

Perfect!
This unit was perfect for our September visit to Whistler. We were at Whistler for 29029 hiking challenge on Blackcomb Mtn. The condo was an easy 7 minute walk on paved trail down to the Fairmont for the event. The unit itself was amazing. There were lots of utensils, dish ware, cookware, etc in the kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size with very nice linens. We especially enjoyed sitting in the nook and balcony. You really feel like you are in a treehouse…so beautiful and peaceful. Being an end unit in the complex added to the privacy. One nice feature to the unit is that all access points are key codes therefore not needing to share keys eg underground garage access (car and man door), door entrance to the unit via garage, and front door. The Snowbird complex itself was quiet and very well maintained. Communication with Whistler Platinum was prompt and helpful. We had an issue starting the fireplace and they were quick to troubleshoot the problem and send someone over to fix it on the same day! Highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Great for families
My family to include spouse, two teenage kids, and my mother truly enjoyed staying at the Snowbird. The 3 bed, 3 bath looks brand new, we want to remodel our kitchen to the Snowbird's kitchen, and the kitchen had all the equipment you will need, but buy your groceries in Vancouver if you can to save some money. Strong wi-fi, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood that's just a 15 minute walk to Lost Lake. The hot tub and well-maintained premium gas grills on the property were a bonus. We would love to stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Snowbird 304. The 3 bed, 3 bath had plenty of room. Strong wi-fi comfortable beds, in a quiet neighborhood that's a 15 minute walk to Lost Lake. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need, but if you can buy your groceries in Vancouver to save some money. The hot tub on the property was an added bonus. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome condo in Whistler!
Great location and walkable to the village even in winter. Condo was beautifully decorated with awesome common spaces. We enjoyed looking out at the snow with people and dogs walking around. Beds were comfy and bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend this unit. The 2 parking spaces were a real deal maker!

Loved the house. Very comfortable & warm with all modern inclusions. Great location just off the road and on shuttle stop a minute away. Whistler Platinum incredibly helpful and always replied to communication. Would definitely stay again.

Happy holiday
Very nice townhome, comfy beds, and each with a nice bathroom, we enjoyed lounging about on the sectional by the fireplace in the living room, and Mum loved the cozy reading nook. The kitchen is well equipped. The ski room was amazing making it so easy to come and go keeping all the wet stuff there which was dry by the morning because of the heating and boot dryer. We used the washer & dryer a lot! Thank you and we will be back !

We had a great stay at this property! The unit was decorated nicely with beautiful artwork and attention to detail throughout to create a nice mountain modern setting. The bathroom floors were heated, the mud room had a boot and glove drying unit which was a huge plus and the fireplace was lovely. It was super clean, and had everything we needed for the times we stayed home and cooked. The walk to the village was about 15 minutes. The only downside is we would not classify this unit as a "ski in, ski out" but rather a "hike in, hike out". It wasn't unreasonably long, just something to be aware of if you're travelling with young children.
