Snowgoose 18

Overall the home amenities were in good condition. The kitchen was well supplied with plates and pans but no kitchen condiments were provided. The parking situation is awkward with only one key to the garage and two spots for the unit. The free bus to town was convenient but did not run on one snowy day which necessitated walking to the base. The "ski-in" trail did not have enough snow to be usable. The hosts were very responsive to a service failure, sending someone to remake a bed in less than an hour.

Nice spacious house in a great location. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bus to the slopes is a 5 minute walk (less if you want a longer ride), with buses every 5-10 minutes. Without ski-gear, walk into the village is only 10-15 minutes. The two parking spots were a must for us (maybe in the summer, street parking is an option). Management staff were responsive and helpful.

The Team at Whistler Platinum was great. We had a booking that had some issues days before our arrival and they rectified and accommodated our group with a great alternative option. It wasn't the curveball we expected but ended up being the perfect spot for our weekend in Whistler. Would absolutely stay at Snowgoose again for comfortable accommodations and great location to anything you could need.
Also, don't sleep on the ski-in option... it's not for the faint of heart but very convenient!

Thanks to the Whistler Platinum team - the townhouse was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the regular text/email updates and communications. Your customer service is excellent - probably the best I've encountered in several years. Ruby, Tessa, Georgia and the rest of the crew were very responsive to our queries and/or requests. One final small item - the lack of hot water in the master bathroom and particularly the shower, needs to be rectified. Many mornings I had to take a lukewarm or even cold shower. This was even before anyone else in the townhouse had awakened in the morning. The folks staying in bedrooms downstairs seemed to have lots of hot water. Thanks again for a terrific experience!!! We had a fantastic stay at Snowgoose! Every member of our large group had a comfortable bed, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The one-mile walk to town quickly became a fun tradition and felt shorter each time. Our hosts were friendly and communicative during check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and easy.

We enjoyed staying at Snowgoose! It is on the free shuttle to Whistler village which made it easy to get around. Lost Lake is nearby at a walkable distance and is a great spot for a lakeside picnic / swim. The home has A/C which was a great feature when we visited in July. Nice kitchen, comfy beds. Clean home, big TV, beautifully furnished. Would love to stay here again!

Home was exactly what we were looking for. Bedrooms were comfortable and seating areas in the kitchen, dining, and living room was perfect for our group. One thing to note is to be aware that there may be bears in the area. Otherwise, myself and my group really enjoyed our stay.

Everything worked out beautifully. Close to all the activities, but extremely quite. Easy access to Lost Lake & all the Valley Bike Trails. Locked underground parking for all the gear & quick access to the street. Good floor plan for our group of 6 adults & 2 kids - highly recommend - Dianna

The house was very clean upon arrival. The house was perfect accommodation for 10 Adults. The check-in process was fairly easy, except the instructions to access the parking facility under the unit. Otherwise our group enjoyed our stay and was a great location to easily access both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.

Rented Snowgoose 18 for one week and the entire group was very happy with the accommodations. Kitchen was spacious and a great layout for meal preparation. The island allowed many people to be invoked with prep and cleanup. Never short of any utensils or anything else in the kitchen. Nice set up between eating area in kitchen and eating area between kitchen and living room. Good space for everyone. The bunk bed room was smaller than portrayed by the photos and the hot tub access was through one of the bedrooms. Those are the only two criticisms. Overall, excellent chalet and excellent response to any minor issue that came up, such as the hot tub temperature. The one key access for the parking garage was inconvenient but we were informed this was being corrected with more keys being made. The ski out to the chalet was a nice option for some. Even accessible for a beginner until it melted and turned to ice. We would definitely stay here or similar in a future trip. Satisfied, Stewart and guests

Well furnished and decorated, spacious, great amenities, great location. Quick replies to communication. Would love to stay here again.
My advice to future guests: watch out for the baseboard heaters and be careful to avoid placing things on them as they get quite hot.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in Whistler! Perfect for multiple families and kids. Lots of space for everyone and all bedrooms have a private bathroom (except the room with bunk beds). The master bedroom is massive and we were able to put a mattress in the large closet (the size of most dens) for our toddler. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need. The bbq worked well and the private hot tub was a nice bonus. Perfect location to get to lost lake and walking trails. A bit far from the village (20ish minute walk) but we didn’t mind. Check in was very easy and seamless. The property management company was very responsive for all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Whistler.

We had a great stay at this location and would definitely stay again. Everything about our stay was great. If I had one wish it would be for a secure bike space. The single bike rack in the garage was full of old, unused bikes and so we had to improvise with storing the bikes we brought!

Nice place, walking distance to Blackcomb and Lost Lake. But there were no locks on the bathroom doors (annoying) and there were a lot of small things that needed to be fixed around the house. Overall, we had a good time.

Great place to stay, very spacious, clean. We stayed here during summer for mountain biking. 10 mins bike ride to gondola. We can not store our bikes inside the house. We have to store it in basement, at car park. Bring your own lock if you want to store your bike in the basement.

The house was perfect & spacious for our party of eight- with two master bedrooms, a room with two singles and a bunk bed room sleeping four. Whilst being well up the upper village, there is a shuttle bus stop right outside to get into & out of both Blackcomb & Whistler. The buses come very frequently and it was never an issue to get around, in fact better in this regard than some properties further down the hill. The house was warm, comfortable, great wifi, and good level of amenities in the kitchen. As a group we were very happy to stay in during the evenings as it was such a nice place to be. We did have a few maintainance issues while we were there and the team were very responsive in getting them resolved quickly (particularly the Irish maintainence guy who was lovely).The major of these issues was running out of hot water for showers for all of us on our last night which you would not expect in a property of this standard. We did report this for resolution.

The home was amazing, we had 10 adults staying here, and it didn't feel too cramped. Kitchen, Amazing. Hot Tub, Amazing. Living Room, amazing. Rooms, amazing. You could truly ski into the snowgoose Complex, you could also walk to Blackcomb lift, or take the bus to whistler, free of charge!

A really great place, ideally located just outside the village with easy access by car, bus or a nice leisurely walk. The place is well laid out for a group of people. Everyone has space to be together or a place to be on their own. The price point was the key reason for considering Whistler. With the high prices for accommodation, plus lift, etc. we were prepared to go elsewhere... so price, location and the unit were the magic combination. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
