Soft winter light filters through vaulted windows as snow settles quietly on the evergreens outside. You can start the morning with coffee in hand, watching the forested Benchlands wake up in stillness. After a day on the mountain, the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace and the steam of the hot tub offer an easy rhythm of rest and recovery.

Living spaces
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome blends comfort and function for a relaxed stay in Whistler. The main living area features a river rock wood-burning fireplace, inviting seating, and a TV for quiet evenings indoors. A second sitting area overlooking the lounge creates an extra corner for board games or conversation, while large windows and vaulted ceilings fill the space with natural light.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a Breville Bambino espresso machine with a grinder for your morning ritual. Enjoy the ease of a complete kitchen and dining setup, with a dining table that seats ten and a breakfast bar for two, making shared meals and slow mornings feel effortless.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The upper level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony, along with a secondary bedroom featuring a king-split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins. On the main level, the third bedroom offers another king-split bed. Two full bathrooms provide comfort and convenience, with one featuring a bathtub and shower combo and the other a spacious shower.

Outdoor living & amenities
Step outside to the patio or balcony, where outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill extend your living space into the crisp mountain air. After skiing or exploring, settle into the hot tub for a soothing soak. Inside, you’ll also have in-unit laundry, heating, portable fans, wifi, and a dedicated workspace, along with bathroom essentials and thoughtful comforts for longer stays.

Ski access & location features
Located in the Stoneridge complex, the townhome offers ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain (seasonal, snow conditions permitting). Lake access is available via a path or dock, adding another layer to the surrounding alpine setting. The free Village Shuttle stops nearby, connecting you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas.

Parking & arrival
Free parking garage on premises is available, along with free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock and luggage dropoff allowed make arrivals and departures simple.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

Getting Around

• 10-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola
• 15-minute walk to Upper Village
• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 30-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Exit the complex, turn left onto Spearhead Drive, and walk for one minute, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great place in quiet surroundings with everything you need. Easy parking, which can't be said for all properties in the area. The kitchen is well-appointed. Some signs of use, but that's to be expected in a property of this age.

We had a great time in Whistler, the house was perfect for our family (6 adults & a toddler). We enjoyed the BBQ and the hot tub, the Upper Village and Whistler Village is nice for a walk.

This place is as advertised and was a great setting for my three friends and me. One highlight was able to cook meals for my friends. The kitchen had great equipment. It was also not too long of a walk to Lost Lake where we took a hike. The staff at Whistler Platinum responded right away on text as well. We’d use Whistler Platinum again. Very satisfied.

Excellent location and space
Ski in and out was really handy and bus was very close to the front gate. Lots of space for 3 couples and kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Any problems or queries we had were very quickly dealt with by management. We loved our stay here.

April Skiing Trip
The property is very appointment and a short walk (300metres) to the ski slope. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware required to prepare all meals in the townhome. There is a hot tub which is really nice to have after a days skiing. The dining room table can seat 10 comfortably. There is one covered parking space and enough room for another car to park using the visitor parking pass which is provided.

We were thrilled with the accommodations and location of the Stoneridge townhouse we rented for the week. The three bedrooms with king beds in each was ideal for our group of three couples. The unit was as described, clean and modern. The hot tub was so relaxing for post skiing. The management company was very accommodating and assisted with our luggage. Skiing on and off each day was so easy. The shuttle stop in front of the complex was an added benefit. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot with easy covered parking for one car. Ski in ski out in the winter. Fairly easy access to the bike park in the summer. Hot tub is a nice bonus and fairly private. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows.

Great place! It's not exactly a ski in/ski out in the spring but within walking distance to the run under the Blackcomb Gondola. The condo is beautiful and the private hot tub is worth the upgrade! Conditions were amazing and we'll be back next year!

This condo was nicely furnished and updated and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. It is well-located, either as a short walk from the #5 bus or a shortcut down to Merlin\'s run (and onto the upper village / Blackcomb gondola). If your shoes have good traction, it\'s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main village. Comes with one parking spot and we did not have trouble getting one of the first-come guest spots (right across from the unit). Communication with the company was great - they were responsive to questions about parking and early check-in, and also informed us of a bus strike (which allowed us to avoid a 15 minute wait for a bus that never came). Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay in a lovely Whistler townhome!
My family of four had a fabulous time at Stoneridge 12 and would come back again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, an easy walk with skis to the slopes and an even better “ski-in” experience back almost all the way to the door, and an easy walk to the village for our kids, ages 9 and 13. The set-up was great, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will try to book again for sure!

Summer at Stoneridge12
Really great property for summer and top notch service from Whistler platinum. The only negative is that bikes are not allowed in the foyer, which is not great for rider with expensive bikes. The location was great with the upper village just a few minutes away and Whistler main village just 10 minutes walk.

Wonderful Whistler
StoneRidge 12 town house was perfect for our family of 5 from Scotland We spent 7 nights @ the accommodation in June 2019 The location was great lovely views from the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge Beautifully appointed An easy walk down hill between the trees into Blackcomb & Whistler Would definitely stay here again In fact we loved it so much we tried to book an additional 4 nights stay but sadly it wasn’t available We would definitely stay again Thank you Whistler Platinum

Whistler Platinum is a superb rental manager! Have used many times before, never disappointed. Property is as advertised, very nice, well equipped, great location. Only criticism is not enough towel bars, behind door hooks for towels and/or ski clothes to hang to dry; no soap dishes ?!?. A couple of simple, not expensive things to add which would be fix my only issue. Owner really should do this. Would be "5 star" across the board with these small additions.

Easy to plan!
I had a great experience overall. It was very convenient to have everything in one place, lodging, ski rentals, lessons...The property was described accurately and when we needed the hot tub cleaned, it was done very quickly. I would definitely use Whistler Platinum again.

Near Perfect Whistler Ski Condo
Pluses: Great ski in/out location. Big enough for 6 adults with king beds that split apart. Nice kitchen area and bathrooms. Great price. Parking for multiple cars. Minuses: Hot tub water was dirty. Mattresses were not comfortable.

Great location and very comfortable accommodation
We very much enjoyed our stay. Access to the slopes was easy and the accommodation was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cosy and the living space was lovely. We loved coming home to the great hot tub on the back balcony lookingbout to the trees. Probably the only small criticism would be that it would be nice if the kitchen had a few more non perishable supplies.

We agree that the complex is situated well in relation to the slopes and the free shuttle stop to the Village and are glad you found the unit to be well stocked. Due to health regulations we don't leave any items in the property that could potentially be tampered with, and after much research have only just started providing salt and pepper in non-refillable containers.
