An excellent job of keeping the place clean and tidy. Great Space and great dealing with you A few little things - we did think the dishwasher was not fully cleaning the dishes properly - some cups have coffee stains ec. , some towels were dirty - but were replaced - so thank you

We loved the townhouse and the beds and linens were comfortable. The “ski access” is dependent on snow on the bottom half of the mountain but still walkable in ski boots to Merlin’s run where you can ski down to the gondola. Highly recommend this unit.

Great place in quiet surroundings with everything you need. Easy parking, which can't be said for all properties in the area. The kitchen is well-appointed. Some signs of use, but that's to be expected in a property of this age.

We had a great time in Whistler, the house was perfect for our family (6 adults & a toddler). We enjoyed the BBQ and the hot tub, the Upper Village and Whistler Village is nice for a walk.

This place is as advertised and was a great setting for my three friends and me. One highlight was able to cook meals for my friends. The kitchen had great equipment. It was also not too long of a walk to Lost Lake where we took a hike. The staff at Whistler Platinum responded right away on text as well. We’d use Whistler Platinum again. Very satisfied.

Ski in and out was really handy and bus was very close to the front gate. Lots of space for 3 couples and kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Any problems or queries we had were very quickly dealt with by management. We loved our stay here.

The property is very appointment and a short walk (300metres) to the ski slope. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware required to prepare all meals in the townhome. There is a hot tub which is really nice to have after a days skiing. The dining room table can seat 10 comfortably. There is one covered parking space and enough room for another car to park using the visitor parking pass which is provided.

We were thrilled with the accommodations and location of the Stoneridge townhouse we rented for the week. The three bedrooms with king beds in each was ideal for our group of three couples. The unit was as described, clean and modern. The hot tub was so relaxing for post skiing. The management company was very accommodating and assisted with our luggage. Skiing on and off each day was so easy. The shuttle stop in front of the complex was an added benefit. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot with easy covered parking for one car. Ski in ski out in the winter. Fairly easy access to the bike park in the summer. Hot tub is a nice bonus and fairly private. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows.

Great place! It's not exactly a ski in/ski out in the spring but within walking distance to the run under the Blackcomb Gondola. The condo is beautiful and the private hot tub is worth the upgrade! Conditions were amazing and we'll be back next year!

This condo was nicely furnished and updated and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. It is well-located, either as a short walk from the #5 bus or a shortcut down to Merlin\'s run (and onto the upper village / Blackcomb gondola). If your shoes have good traction, it\'s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main village. Comes with one parking spot and we did not have trouble getting one of the first-come guest spots (right across from the unit). Communication with the company was great - they were responsive to questions about parking and early check-in, and also informed us of a bus strike (which allowed us to avoid a 15 minute wait for a bus that never came). Highly recommend!

My family of four had a fabulous time at Stoneridge 12 and would come back again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, an easy walk with skis to the slopes and an even better “ski-in” experience back almost all the way to the door, and an easy walk to the village for our kids, ages 9 and 13. The set-up was great, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will try to book again for sure!

Really great property for summer and top notch service from Whistler platinum. The only negative is that bikes are not allowed in the foyer, which is not great for rider with expensive bikes. The location was great with the upper village just a few minutes away and Whistler main village just 10 minutes walk.

StoneRidge 12 town house was perfect for our family of 5 from Scotland We spent 7 nights @ the accommodation in June 2019 The location was great lovely views from the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge Beautifully appointed An easy walk down hill between the trees into Blackcomb & Whistler Would definitely stay here again In fact we loved it so much we tried to book an additional 4 nights stay but sadly it wasn’t available We would definitely stay again Thank you Whistler Platinum

Whistler Platinum is a superb rental manager! Have used many times before, never disappointed. Property is as advertised, very nice, well equipped, great location. Only criticism is not enough towel bars, behind door hooks for towels and/or ski clothes to hang to dry; no soap dishes ?!?. A couple of simple, not expensive things to add which would be fix my only issue. Owner really should do this. Would be "5 star" across the board with these small additions.

I had a great experience overall. It was very convenient to have everything in one place, lodging, ski rentals, lessons...The property was described accurately and when we needed the hot tub cleaned, it was done very quickly. I would definitely use Whistler Platinum again.

Pluses: Great ski in/out location. Big enough for 6 adults with king beds that split apart. Nice kitchen area and bathrooms. Great price. Parking for multiple cars. Minuses: Hot tub water was dirty. Mattresses were not comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Access to the slopes was easy and the accommodation was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cosy and the living space was lovely. We loved coming home to the great hot tub on the back balcony lookingbout to the trees. Probably the only small criticism would be that it would be nice if the kitchen had a few more non perishable supplies.

We agree that the complex is situated well in relation to the slopes and the free shuttle stop to the Village and are glad you found the unit to be well stocked. Due to health regulations we don't leave any items in the property that could potentially be tampered with, and after much research have only just started providing salt and pepper in non-refillable containers. Lovely, homely townhome with all the comforts you need. Easy access to and from the ski slopes. Easy assess into and out of Whistler Village using the busses. Loved the hot tub after coming off the slopes. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at a lot of different places in Whistler... Seen a lot of variety. This one was in an "okay" location, the ski-in, ski-out was cool, but it was so far from the village, you pretty much had to take the bus. The unit itself was nicely stocked, with comfy beds and a nice kitchen. It's one of the only places I've ever seen that accommodates a large car with a roof carrier on it! The staff was outstandingly friendly. The downside was this place was way, way, way expensive compared to anything else, and unless they drastically reduced the price, I wouldn't rent there again. I did it this year because it was a special event for our family, but I would never spend that much money per night, again, on any room, even if they came and massaged my sore legs nightly.

We were 4 adults and 2 kids and really enjoyed our stay! The facilities (especially the kitchen) were excellent - not like your typical vacation rental. The location is quiet which we enjoyed yet close to the main village and really well connected via the #5 bus which stops right opposite. The only niggle was the hot tub which didn't work properly for the first few days.

Our group of 5 had a great 4-night getaway here. The location in Upper Village is very quiet at night, but close enough to walk to and from the Village Center. The beds were very comfortable, with good linens, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen worked well for us. Fans in the bedrooms kept them comfortable during the hot weather, however we could never figure out how to turn on the living room ceiling fan which would have been useful. The experience would be improved if the owners would do the following: replace the cracked dinner plates, stabilize the dining table, fix the dishwasher handle, and use dishwasher cleaner to remove odors. We appreciated the Aveda toiletries and good bathroom towels. The private hot tub was happily used every night. We will definitely try to book this unit the next time we return to Whistler!

Firstly I would like to thank all Whistler Platinum staff for the service they provided us. Right from my very first enquiry email I found them to be extremely helpful, quick to respond to questions and very professional,they arranged our transfers, lift passes and any hire we required and I feel that nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out for us which took away any stress for us knowing all these things were sorted even before we left the UK. This experience continued once we arrived their staff were just brilliant with us. Stoneridge 12 was just the perfect property for our group. It was clean well appointed and was exactly how it looks in the pictures on the web site. It was in a great location 2 min walk to the side of the slopes 5 min to the upper village and only 15-20 min walk to Whistler village or if preferred a free bus service right out side the entrance to the Stoneridge Condo's. We were very unlucky with the snow conditions whilst we were there according to some locals the worst since the 90's which did effect the cat snowboarding we wanted to do but I have to say this took nothing away from our stay Whistler Blackcomb is an awesome resort everyone is very friendly some great bars apres and places to eat, Merlins and The GLC were our favourites and catch the Hairfarmers at either they were brilliant. Also if your thinking of getting new snowboarding gear before you go and your from the UK don't get it there ! we found it much cheaper and the staff knowledge is top class a special mention for Ryan at the Showcase store ! the guy was awesome with us really knows his stuff and was super helpful. It asks on this review page would I recommend this place to friends and relatives well quite simply no I want to keep it all for myself !!!! Of course I would !!! I would recommend Whistler Blackcomb to everyone and if you think Stoneridge 12 would suit you I highly recommend that too, So much so I will be booking it again for 2016/17.
