A second sitting area overlooking the lounge provides an additional space to unwind - perfect for board games, conversation, or a quiet moment with a book.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Stainless steel appliances and generous counter space make cooking easy, while the dining table offers plenty of room to gather together for meals or morning coffee.
You’ll also find a Breville “Bambino” espresso machine with a grinder for your daily coffee ritual. A breakfast bar offers an additional place to sit, making it easy to share casual meals or plan the day’s adventures.
Sleeping arrangements
The townhome comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony. Nearby, a second bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is located on this level.
On the main level, the third bedroom offers another king-split bed, along with a second bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor space & amenities
Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub deck after a day in the mountains. The balcony also includes outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for preparing casual meals outdoors.
Additional amenities include wifi, heating, portable fans, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. A spacious mudroom provides convenient storage for outdoor gear.

Located in the Stoneridge complex in Whistler’s Benchlands neighborhood, the townhome offers ski access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain during the winter season. The nearby Village Shuttle provides convenient connections to Whistler Village, restaurants, shops, and gondolas while allowing you to enjoy the quieter forested setting of the Benchlands.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
