Everything was perfect! This is definitely a 5 star home! It had everything we could ask for and more. The adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was clean and organized, with everything you could possibly need. The open floor plan on the main level was great with a large den/eating area that comfortably seated all 9 of us. Kudos to the homeowner and property management team for keeping everything so clean and in like new condition! Also, they have provided amenities well beyond most vacation homes. We will definitely be returning to this home for our next trip to Whistler.

Overall great experience. The property management company is very responsive, but often each message came from a different person so there was t great continuity between conversations/messages. Flexibility for amended check in and check out times was low. Property itself is great. Hot tubs get serviced weekly (they may forget to tell you that in a timely manner). The ski in /out trail needs some snow, but was great to get to/from the mountain. Getting to the property from the mountain base requires a car. You can't walk up Dave Murray, and the walk is ~40m. Otherwise property is as-advertised and overall a fantastic place to stay!

My apologies for the inconsistent messaging. With other guests checking in that same day, we were unfortunately unable to extend a later check-out, but we understand the request and will always accommodate when availability allows. We’ll also review how we communicate scheduled hot tub servicing to ensure clearer advance notice.
You’re quite right that ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow coverage — when conditions are lighter, a short drive or resort shuttle from the base is usually the easiest option.

The house provided everything we needed comfortably and was a haven for our group to relax and enjoy the evenings together. Our group of 15 fit happily in the dining and living rooms for dinner and the house provided everything we needed for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed and hot water pressure was spot on. The hot tub was also much appreciated and an enjoyable activity for our after ski afternoons. We would highly recommend this property to any visiting groups and we were very happy with our stay here.

This property was awesome. Lots of space, nice open floor plan, great view of the slopes and a short walk down the street to grab a trail to Dave Murray downhill (not too technical for intermediate skiers from drop-in). There heated garage was away with the ski rack and glove / boot rack. Easy and warm to dress and undress from the slopes. Management was very attentive to our needs with multiple check-ins to see that our stay was satisfactory.

We had a great experience enjoying this home, which is well situated on Creekside in Whistler. The team was responsive and the home had a high level of furnishing and appliances. We enjoyed the clean hot tub and used the gourmet kitchen to make many of our meals. The views are serene and it was less than ten minutes to get to the Whistler village. Highly recommended.

Great local, easy in and out to mountain lifts. Guest services was welcoming. The place was great. Unfortunately we did have 2 complaints. First and foremost was the condition of the hot tub. It was aweful, filthy when we arrived and we were not able to use for the entire stay. The jets also did not function very well, but didnt matter since we were unable to use. Our second day in we were advised hot tib servicing was coming. They had to put so much chemicals that we were advised not to use the hot tub and they had to return the next day to complete their cleanup. Therefore, we were inauble to use the hot tub at all. We also pondered over other areas when we were planning and the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this property. Very upsetting. Suggest calling in advance to ensure the hot tub is clean and in good working order prior to arrival. One other issue was not all the tv's were in proper working order at all times. Luckily most of us were too tcukered out from skiing to complain too much about not having tv in our bedrooms.

Our rental located in the Nordic Estates was spot on. The house comfortably housed 6 adults. The location is easily accessible to the Village and a short drive to Squamish. We used the house as a base for a MTB trip and having the garage to build bikes was an added plus. I plan on staying in this rental again next year.

The house is beautiful and well designed. It overlooks the run where the Olympic downhill races ended as well as several snow capped mountains. The property manager was outstanding. Our only issue was that there is no ac. The highs were in the mid 90s during our visit and while the shade from the trees helped it was unpleasant during the late afternoon.

The property was ideal for our family vacation! The kids’ bunk bed room was perfect for our younger kids. Our teenage son stayed in the den bunk bed… which worked great! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were incredibly quiet / well insulated. The kitchen was well stocked and we spent a lot of time on the deck which had a nice private view. Property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!!

This was our first time to the Whistler area and this home delivered. Beautifully furnished and layout very accommodating for more than one family to stay and not feel on top of each other. Views are magnificent, even saw some bears playing on the mountainside. Kitchen is well stocked and guest service was quick to respond to an issue with the hot tub. Only gave 4 stars for location d/ distance from Creekside area and Whistler Village - this was hard to appreciate when making the reservations. Creekside is a 5 minute drive and Village is a 7-10 minute drive and likely an easy bike ride to both areas, but would be very challenging on the way back as this beautiful home is at the top of a fairly long climb. This didn\'t detract from our stay at all, but if you are looking for something that is more centrally located and can be accessed on foot or bike, this is not the ideal spot. We ziplined out of Whistler Village between Whistler and Blackcomb - awesome experience. Also, went to Squamish and took the gondola to the top near Shannon Falls and spent the day hiking- beautiful vistas.

The house was very well kept. Everything was clean and plentiful. Our group had a terrific time and it had everything we needed. The hot tub fit the whole group and the beds were very comfortable. We had hoped for a true ski in ski out, but it was a 10 minute walk to the slopes. In the end, it was very enjoyable and we would book again if whistler is our destination.

We thought this was a great house. Perfect for a large family as it has a very private top floor master with a private bath. All the remaining rooms are two levels down. This really creates privacy for the master. Great ski-in/ski-out location but does require at least strong intermediate skills to negotiate. This is not ski-in/ski-out for beginners.

Facilities were generally good, but the kitchen pots/pans/knives need to be replaced. The knives were cheap and EXTREMELY dull...also sticky (old rubber handle). Could not even cut an orange. Door handle to hot tub was broken (fell off 1st turn). Almost got locked out. Generally a great place though and we had a terrific time. Main light switch is confusing.

Unit was well kitted out, including the kitchen. The den is a converted close closet, so would have been tight quarters fro two adults. Improvements: cleaning the hot tub between guests

The property is in a nice location with full ski in ski out. The hot tub is very private and the BBQ is high quality. The living room and dining area are spacious, allowing our group room to relax without feeling on top of each other. The beds are all very comfortable which is welcome at the end of a ski day. The bedroom and bathroom layout worked well for our group of 8 adults. The property is beautifully maintained with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook during your stay. The check-in process was very smooth, we were a late arrival so arrangements were made to ensure we could get into the property the night we arrived smoothly which made our night a lot easier. One comment is the ski-in instructions need to be edited - the Olympic rings you are looking for are green not blue, and you need to look for a small blue sign "to taluswood" on your left before you reach the Olympic rings. For more low-intermediate skiers you can ski off of Franz's to Frondula (a run that is labelled but not on the map), then cut across when you see a blue sign "to taluswood", to get to the other "to taluswood" blue sign for the ski out, before you end up below the rings (if you are below the rings you've skied down too far).

Outstanding Property...Among the best views I've ever experienced. It's very private, very clean and comfortable. The ski in/out is tricky first but excellent access. The only negative is that the master bedroom bed and mattresses need to be changed, they're old, squeaky and not very comfortable.
