Description Description
Snow settles quietly on the evergreens outside, and the forest feels hushed beneath a winter sky. After a day on Blackcomb, you step inside, hang your gear in the mudroom, and warm up by the glow of the indoor fireplace. Later, a soak in the hot tub beneath crisp alpine air eases tired legs before you retreat indoors for a relaxed evening together.

Sleeping arrangements
Treeline 31 accommodates up to seven guests across three bedrooms and two baths. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and an ensuite with a jetted soaker tub and overhead shower - a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed with built-in storage, while the other includes a queen bed and generous closet space. A shared bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower serves the lower floor. Washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage add everyday ease.

Living spaces
The open-concept main level is framed by large windows that draw in natural light even on snowy days. Settle into the living area for a movie on the TV, gather around board games, or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire as flakes drift outside. Heating and portable fans help keep the space comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to balance mountain time with remote work if needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances and heated tile floors that feel especially welcome in winter. The dining table seats six for breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners together after the slopes. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available for use when conditions allow, and the patio or balcony provides a sheltered spot to take in the surrounding forest.

Outdoor & amenities
This townhouse includes a private entrance and free parking on premises, with secure underground parking for one vehicle. The hot tub within the Treeline complex offers a restorative way to end the day. Bathroom essentials, an iron, and other thoughtful touches are provided to support both short visits and long term stays.

Neighborhood
Located in the Benchlands area, Treeline sits close to the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. When snow conditions permit, intermediate skiers can enjoy ski access via the Home Run trail. A free Whistler Village shuttle stop just steps away connects you easily to lifts, restaurants, and shops while allowing you to return each evening to the quiet of the forest.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Treeline offers a peaceful forest setting close to the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. The free Whistler Village shuttle stops is just steps away offering quick access to the lifts, restaurants, shops, and vibrant après-ski scene.of Whistler Village. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, Treeline 31 offers the perfect balance of mountain comfort, convenience, and natural beauty, a true four-season Whistler getaway.

Getting Around

• 20-minute walk to Blackcomb Mountain Gondola
• 25-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk or 6-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 15-minute walk to Upper Village
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Whistler Golf Course
• 10-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to village: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left, the bus stop is right outside the complex

Other Things To Note

• Portable air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom and living room. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Treeline complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
