Sleeping arrangements
The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaker tub and overhead shower - a welcome place to unwind after a cold day outside. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed with ample closet space. A second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower serves the lower floor.
Living spaces
The open-concept main level is designed for gathering after time on the slopes. You can settle into the living area beside the presto-log fireplace, enjoy a movie night, or simply watch the snow drift through the trees beyond the windows. A dedicated mudroom near the entrance makes it easy to store ski gear and winter layers.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner back from the mountain. The dining area seats six and connects seamlessly with the main living space, making shared meals part of the daily rhythm.

Step onto the private deck surrounded by forest, where the BBQ is available year-round. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor hot tub within the complex - especially inviting on winter evenings. Free parking on premises is included, with secure underground parking for one vehicle.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Portable air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom and living room. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Treeline complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
