The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaker tub and overhead shower. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with built-in storage, while another offers a queen bed and closet space. A shared bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower serves the lower level, providing convenient space for guests staying downstairs.

The open-concept main level is framed by large windows that bring in natural light and views of the surrounding forest. The living area centers around an indoor fireplace, creating a warm setting to relax after skiing, snowshoeing, or exploring the mountain. A TV and board games offer easy evening entertainment, while the nearby mudroom provides practical storage for winter gear, helping keep the space organized throughout your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a full kitchen setup with stainless steel appliances and heated tile floors, creating a comfortable place to prepare meals during colder months. Whether you're cooking breakfast before heading to the slopes or sharing dinner together in the evening, the dining table seats six for relaxed gatherings after a day outdoors.
Outdoor space & shared amenities
Step onto the private deck surrounded by trees and crisp mountain air. The BBQ grill offers a convenient option for preparing meals outdoors. Guests also have access to a hot tub within the Treeline complex - an inviting place to relax and warm up after a day on the mountain. Free parking on premises and additional guest parking on a first-come basis help make arrivals and departures simple.
Essentials & convenience
The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and bathroom essentials to support a comfortable stay. Self check-in with a smart lock provides an easy arrival process, while home safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher add peace of mind. A private entrance allows guests to come and go easily throughout their visit.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistler’s Benchlands area, the Treeline complex sits in a peaceful forest setting near Blackcomb Mountain. When snow conditions permit, intermediate skiers can enjoy ski access back to the complex via the Home Run trail from Blackcomb. The free Whistler Village shuttle stop is just steps away, offering quick access to restaurants, shops, and lifts in the village.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Free shuttle to village: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left, the bus stop is right outside the complex
Other Things To Note
• Portable air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom and living room. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Treeline complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
