Evenings unfold slowly here - mountain views fading into dusk as you sink into the calm of your own private retreat.

Living spaces
This two-level townhouse in Whistler’s Upper Village offers room to gather and unwind. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area creates an easy flow for conversation, meals, and relaxed downtime. Large picture windows frame the surrounding mountains, shifting with the light throughout the day. The lounge provides inviting seating and a TV, while a dining table seats six comfortably - ideal for lingering over dinner or planning the next day’s adventures. An entry closet offers practical storage for winter gear and coats.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is arranged for staying in, with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Heated floors add welcome comfort during colder months, making early mornings and late-night tea especially inviting. Whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner, everything you need is within reach, and the layout keeps you connected to the rest of the living space.

Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. The primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a queen bed and TV, creating a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes twin beds and a dedicated workspace, well suited for reading or remote work. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and a safe are provided for added comfort and convenience. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

Bathrooms
There are 2 full bathrooms - one on each level. The main-level bathroom includes a heated floor, single vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and an air bubble bathtub that soothes tired muscles after time on the slopes. Upstairs, the second bathroom features a heated floor, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. Bathroom essentials are provided.

Comfort & amenities
Heating keeps the home cozy through the seasons, and portable fans are available. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work, while a private entrance and self check-in with smart lock allow for easy arrivals. The home also includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher for peace of mind.

Outdoor space & parking
Step outside to the patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and breathe in the fresh alpine air. Free parking garage on premises provides convenient on-site parking.

Neighborhood
Located in the Benchlands area near Blackcomb Mountain, this home offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to the slopes, Lost Lake Park and trails, and Whistler Village - approximately a 15-minute walk away. The free Village shuttle stops just outside the complex, making gondolas, restaurants, and shops easily accessible. Lake access is available via nearby public paths.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. The Neighbourhood

Wintergreen is a peaceful townhome complex located in the Benchlands area of Whistler, just 650 metres from the base of Blackcomb Mountain and about a 15-minute walk to Whistler Village. Nestled among trees and close to Lost Lake Park, it offers a quiet alpine setting with easy access to year-round activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, and golf. Guests can walk to the slopes or hop on the free Village Shuttle, which stops right outside the complex, making it easy to reach the gondolas, restaurants, and shops.

Getting Around

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 8-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

Whistler Platinum’s condo was great. About a 19 minute walk to the base of Blackcomb with a shuttle stop right outside the complex. Parking for two vehicles, a stocked kitchen and a clean and comfortable home. We would definitely recommend for your next visit to Whistler!

The place is very nice (nicer even than it looked like in the listing), well stocked kitchen, and very convenient to Blackcomb, Lost Lake,.... easy access to Whistler village via a walk (15 minutes or so) or the shuttle bus.
The management company is very responsive and handled a few things that arose during our visit quickly (ie the heating system wasn't working correctly and the place was chilly when we arrived). But they got it fixed right away and brought a space heater as a back-up (which we didn't need once they fixed it).
The only WARNING that I would highlight which I don't think will happen to future guests, but there was significant internal demolition happening to the unit next to ours the week we were there and so there was consistent banging and drilling noises from 8 am to 5 pm daily. The management company had a sort of "we can't do anything, so it is kind of your problem" response to our questions which was frustrating but I think it was likely out of their hands.

Really nice place
The location was very good with good, close access to free public transit to the hill. The unit was extremely nice and the kitchen was appointel well and spacious. The people who manage the property were professional and communicated well and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo , walk to lifts
This is a nice, recently renovated condo in a prime position in the Upper Village (Blackcomb base). Plenty of room for 4 people. Full kitchen with new appliances. Professional property manager with good communication.

We had a wonderful time and a very relaxing stay. We were a bit concerned that the noise from the road would be an issue, however the concern was unwarranted as the road noise was minimal unless you sat out on the patio. Overall, this townhouse was in a great location and we would be happy to return again!

Great place with a few fixable issues
Great location uphill from bus stop. Super nice decor (modern) and well equipped. The garage remote was missing but the manager came personally to help out and they provided replacement next day. Super nice and attentive management folks. The clothes washer was then noted to reek of cigarettes. A maintenance person came next day to run cleansing cycle but odor remained. **Ask if this issue was addressed (may need replacing) if you plan to do any laundry. A few other maintenance issues cropped up- leaky kitchen sink faucet hose, bathtub drain plug not functioning right. All suggests some heavy use. But having been there now and knowing these specific issues, I would still come back because the positive far outweighs the negative.

The condo was perfect for our group. Free shuttle to the villages located directly across. Short walk to lost lake and blackcomb gondola. Condo was just as pictured and very clean. Loved the mountain view from the living room couch. Whistler Platinum services was a lovely extra bonus for this listing. Very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family of 4! The kids had their own space upstairs and the adults had privacy downstairs. The staff responded quickly when we had questions. They even brought us a bottle of sparkling wine on New Year’s Eve, as well as left us a nice welcome bag with wine and chocolates. The free shuttle into town was very convenient. On snowy days the staff stayed on top of keeping the sidewalks shoveled. One small item to make note of is that the bedrooms have partial light filtering roller shades and are see through from the sidewalk. If you are a light sensitive sleeper, be sure to bring eye covers, easy fix!

our family spent ten days at this wonderful home away from home. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures, with lots of added value. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had extra towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing, and it was so nice to have a separate upper level bedroom with a desk so that our daughter could do school work. Instructions for checkin and parking were easy to follow. Everything was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. It is close to the gondola in upper village, but a ten minute walk to the village so it's good to have a car. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Townhome Close to Blackcomb Base
Really nice townhome in a great location - close in, but away from the bustle of the village. Clean, modern, and well stocked. Be aware that the master bed is a futon and the downstairs bathroom lacks shelves/counterspace. Internet is great, but we had trouble with Netflix and we were glad we brought a Bluetooth speaker with us.

Good, well stocked unit in great location
Very nice property - 0.5km from upper village and 1.5-2km from main village. Completely as per listing - well stocked as far as plates, glasses etc. and coffee machine, blender etc. Bring your own coffee/tea. We had an issue with the key pad that had some back and forth and required follow up and they were unable to accommodate later departure but otherwise a great stay. Would certainly stay again.

Really great place. If you have ever done home renovation, you notice better than "builder grade". This place was recently renovated with really nice (and nicely stocked) kitchen, bathrooms, and heated floors throughout. Layout is great for a family of 4 with a bigger bedroom downstairs for adults and smaller bedroom and full bath upstairs for the kids. Just a few minor nits as getting stuff from car to the unit is a hike (found a trail to the road below which was way easier), the wood bed frame downstairs is a shin magnet (ouch), and the entertainment system (VHS/DVD) is a bit dated. The last is an easy fix with a few streaming sticks or Chromecasts. None are enough to knock this down from 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time in Whistler and this townhome was the perfect place to stay! We were with 2 teenage boys and the space allowed them to have their area away from us to relax after a long day of downhill biking! The home was super clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely try and stay here again! Highly recommend!

perfect location, perfect accommodations
Wintergreen 34 was perfect for our family of 4. What a picturesque location. The area is quiet, yet easy walking distance to the whatever action you prefer. Parking at the complex was easy, even for us in a Suburban. My daughter and I walked to the village shops and the bike park at least once a day. My husband and son preferred outings to the bike park and the lakes. Lost lake is about a 10-minute walk and Alta is about a 10-minute drive. The house is spacious, with a beautiful kitchen, extremely clean, and each bedroom had very comfortable beds The upstairs bathroom has a really nice powerful shower. Having one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs was very convenient. The master bathroom has a fantastic shower and the joy we all got from the massive tub is not exaggerated in the description. That tub is like nothing I have ever experienced. It will transform you. We enjoyed opening the windows for beautiful views and refreshing breezes. The kitchen supplies were abundant and we did stay in and cook most of our meals. The grocery and drug stores are located in the village marketplace and are an easy 10-minute walk, 5-minute drive and both have pretty good prices on cooking and pharmacy needs. Our Whistler Platinum representative was very easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend this pristine condo for your stay at Whistler.
