The primary bedroom sits on the main level and features a queen bed and TV, offering a comfortable place to settle in at the end of the day. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes two twin beds and a dedicated workspace, well suited for reading, trip planning, or quiet work time. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for added comfort.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are available, one on each level. The main-level bathroom includes heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and an air bubble bathtub - a welcome place to ease tired muscles after skiing or winter walks. The upper-level bathroom also features heated floors, a double vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower.

Neighborhood & access
Located in the Benchlands area of Whistler’s Upper Village, the home offers a peaceful setting close to Blackcomb Mountain. Slopes, Lost Lake Park, and nearby trails are within walking distance, while Whistler Village is about a 15-minute walk away. The free Village shuttle stops just outside the complex, making gondolas, restaurants, and shops easy to reach without a car. Lake access is available via nearby public paths.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Wintergreen is a peaceful townhome complex located in the Benchlands area of Whistler, just 650 metres from the base of Blackcomb Mountain and about a 15-minute walk to Whistler Village. Nestled among trees and close to Lost Lake Park, it offers a quiet alpine setting with easy access to year-round activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, and golf. Guests can walk to the slopes or hop on the free Village Shuttle, which stops right outside the complex, making it easy to reach the gondolas, restaurants, and shops.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
