The Space
Woodrun Lodge 402 is a two-bedroom plus den condo designed for comfort and connection. The open living area invites you to gather after a day outside, with a large couch, TV, and indoor fireplace creating an easy place to relax. Step onto the patio or balcony to take in views of the pool and surrounding slopes, then come back inside to unwind in a space that feels both bright and welcoming. The home is single level with no stairs inside and elevator access in the building.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, with full-sized appliances, cooking basics, and a dining table for shared breakfasts before heading out. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make slow winter mornings easy, while the dishwasher handles cleanup at the end of the night. Whether you’re warming up with a simple meal or lingering over drinks at the table, the layout makes it easy to stay connected.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate steam shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample clothing storage. The den includes a tri-bunk bed, a small desk area, and a reading nook. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space with a tri-bunk bed suited for additional guests. In total, the condo accommodates up to 7 guests across 4 beds and 2 baths.
Amenities & comforts
In-suite laundry with a washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and a safe provide everyday convenience. The home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace for those balancing mountain time with remote work. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Within the building, you’ll have access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and free parking garage on premises. Secure ski storage makes transitions between indoors and outdoors simple, and building staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with access.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistler’s Upper Village, you can stroll about ten minutes to Whistler Village or take the free shuttle for a quick five-minute ride. After a day of ski access and mountain adventure, return to the quiet comfort of Woodrun Lodge and let the rhythm of winter settle in.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighbourhood
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around
• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property
• 2-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things To Note
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
