Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to five guests, the condo includes a primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and spacious closets, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, bathtub with shower, and heated floor. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge offers additional sleeping space. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and heated floor serves the main living area.
Living spaces
The bright corner layout creates a welcoming atmosphere where you can relax after winter days outside. The lounge includes a leather sofa, armchairs, a large TV, and a gas fireplace that adds a cozy focal point during the colder season. The private balcony extends from the living area, providing a quiet outdoor spot to enjoy mountain views or a moment of fresh air.
Kitchen and dining
A well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, including essential appliances and a dining area that seats four, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Whether you return from skiing or exploring the village, this space offers the convenience of cooking your own meals when you prefer to stay in.
Amenities and building features
The condo includes in-suite laundry, wifi, a safe, and clothing storage. Guests also have access to shared amenities including an outdoor saltwater pool that is heated year-round, a hot tub, a gym, an elevator, secure shared ski. Self check-in is available, and building staff are present to assist guests.
Ski access and location
With ski access beside Merlin’s Run, you can reach the Blackcomb Gondola without driving or taking paid transportation. The property is a short walk or shuttle ride from Whistler Village, offering convenient access to dining, shops, and seasonal winter activities. The Upper Village setting provides a balance of mountain proximity and ease of exploration during colder months.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighbourhood
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

Other Things To Note
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
