Sleeping arrangements
Woodrun Lodge #514 features a one-bedroom plus den, two-bathroom layout designed for comfort after time on the slopes. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, forest views, and an ensuite with a bath and shower combo. In the den, a tri-bunk with a double bed below and a twin above provides additional space for families or small groups. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space with its dedicated beds.
Living spaces
The bright living area offers a cozy lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace that sets a relaxing tone on winter days. A private balcony extends the space with views of the surrounding forest. Heating, portable air conditioning, and portable fans offer flexibility for year-round comfort, and the single level home layout provides easy movement throughout.
Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen with the essentials allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, supported by a dining table suitable for gathering after a day outdoors. A washer and dryer, mudroom area for storing outerwear, and essentials such as towels and bed linens add convenience throughout your stay.
Ski access and amenities
From the ski locker room, you can glide directly onto Merlin’s Run for straightforward ski access to the Blackcomb Gondola during the seasonal period. After time on the mountain, the building’s heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym provide additional ways to unwind. Elevator access, free parking garage on premises, and building staff available 24 hours a day support an easy arrival and stay.
Outdoor and property features
The building offers a patio or balcony space with outdoor furniture, shared storage for skis and bikes, a private entrance, and access to a free village shuttle. Home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are included.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighbourhood
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking, or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things To Note
• Air conditioning. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room only. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
